A congregation of 500 families wanted to celebrate their 100th anniversary with a comprehensive campaign to grow their endowment, fund building renovations, and expand programming.

The fundraising was moving slowly. Fits and starts with different approaches had raised $800,000 from less than 100 members in more than two years.
​
After joining the effort as campaign director,
we built a twelve-month plan, formed a team of
skilled volunteers and renewed engagement from Board members. The campaign ended on December 31, 2021 with a final raise of $2.1M with 95% participation of the members.

A start-up organization whose mission is to bring more treatment options to cancer patients more quickly, was seeking funding from foundations, and philanthropists. The group needed a clear value proposition and "easy-to-understand" descriptions of its intentions to leverage technology in the advancement of improved outcomes for cancer patients.
​
Within weeks we developed pitch presentations, and proposals, edited website content, and prepared compelling messages for press interviews.
​
A donor representative who wanted to understand what progress the non-profit had made since their first conversation six months earlier, contacted the organization. With the help of clear messaging and visual aids, we were able to demonstrate significant achievements, which led to a grant of $1.5M.
